Better suited to projects where requirements are expected to evolve — new products, exploratory builds, or systems being designed alongside changing business processes. You pay for actual effort and can reprioritize as you learn.

Dedicated Development Team

For ongoing product development, a dedicated team embedded with your organization gives you sustained velocity without the overhead of managing a large in-house engineering function.

Staff Augmentation

When you already have the team and process in place but need specialist capacity — a particular framework, a short-term deadline, a skills gap — augmenting your existing team is often the fastest path.
